Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and explain any specials or menu items.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, checking on guests to ensure their satisfaction.
• Process payments, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Clear tables, refill drinks, and provide additional items as requested by guests.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with table setups.
• Address any customer concerns or complaints professionally, escalating to the manager as needed.
