Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in training new staff and reinforcing company policies and procedures.
- Handle cash transactions, manage the cash register, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally, escalating issues to the manager as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to management for restocking.
- Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are upheld throughout the restaurant.
