Job Summary
The Crew Member is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers. This role requires teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting, supporting all aspects of operations from food preparation to customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently at the counter or drive-thru.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and specific customer requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining, kitchen, and restroom areas throughout shifts.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Restock supplies, condiments, and utensils as needed to maintain service readiness.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and resolve minor complaints professionally.
- Assist team members during busy periods to keep service efficient and operations running smoothly.
